Hüseyin Emanet, Founder and General Manager of Safakarı Construction, stated that the company has new projects on its agenda for 2026 and beyond. Noting that they have completed and delivered numerous housing projects since the day they began operations, Emanet said they will also focus on new projects in the field of urban transformation.

Emphasizing that Safakarı Construction, founded in 2004, has been delivering exemplary projects in the construction sector for more than 20 years, Hüseyin Emanet said:
“Up to now, we have successfully completed many projects consisting of residential and commercial units, mainly on a local scale in Sakarya. We have ongoing projects as well. For 2026 and beyond, we plan to focus more on urban transformation projects. Our city and our people need this. Our society needs renewal and the opportunity to live in better and safer areas. We aim to take part in this process and contribute to it. In addition, there is a certain level of industrial investment in our province. We are a developing city that attracts investment. Sakarya’s strategic location makes it a province open to industrialization. In this process, we aim to expand our field of activity by taking part in new projects in the construction of industrial buildings, factories, and industrial facilities.”

I wish Safakarı inşaat continued success with their upcoming projects. As one of the most established and trustworthy companies in our city, they play a vital role in shaping a safer and more sustainable future for Sakarya. I wish them all the best for the successful realization of their new endeavors. Greetings from Berlin.
