Logistics and Informatics OIZ to be Established in Ferizli

Sakarya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SATSO) President A. Akgün Altuğ stated that the process regarding the establishment of the Logistics and Informatics Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) in Ferizli has been approved and that the bureaucratic procedures for the establishment phase are progressing as planned.

Saying, “No setbacks are foreseen at this stage,” Altuğ emphasized during his speech at the November assembly meeting that Ferizli is located at the center of an intensive production line and that bringing this OIZ to life in Ferizli holds strategic importance for Sakarya.

Noting that they are acting with a shared vision and strong consensus together with all city stakeholders, especially the governor’s office, Altuğ said:

“In Sakarya, every factory is a fortress; the true strength of this city is its production. Organized industrial zones are the strongest pillars of both the economic and social life of Sakarya. They are the heart of employment, added value, and development. As long as we produce, Sakarya grows, and as Sakarya grows, Türkiye becomes stronger.”
