KANTEC is planning to move its production capacity to Poland in order to strengthen its presence in Europe. Recognized for its high value-added solutions in robotics, automation, and food processing machinery technologies, the company has taken a significant step within the scope of its global growth strategy and has initiated preparations in this direction.
Following the successful execution of its sales and technical service operations in Poland, KANTEC aims to crown its European presence with manufacturing activities. In line with its 2026 strategic objectives, the company also plans to relocate its engineering and production capabilities to its European hub, thereby enhancing its competitiveness in the global market.

A Long-Term Industrial Investment
Providing information on the matter, KANTEC Founder and General Manager Kaan Akdoğan stated that they have decided to bring the engineering strength developed in Türkiye to Europe. Emphasizing that the restructuring planned in Europe is not merely a commercial move but a long-term industrial investment, Akdoğan said:
“Following the establishment of our sales, marketing, and technical service organization in Poland, we have entered a strategic preparation phase to launch manufacturing activities in Europe in line with our 2026 goals. At KANTEC, we are not merely a machinery manufacturer; we are a technology company that thinks with an R&D focus, solves real on-site needs through engineering, and creates added value.”
On-Site Production Model
Highlighting that achieving lasting success in the European market goes beyond sales alone, Akdoğan summarized their production vision as follows:
“I believe that success in the European market depends on on-site production, rapid technical support, and high engineering standards. For this reason, I see our European restructuring not only as a commercial move but as a long-term industrial investment. With the solutions we develop in robotics, automation, and food processing technologies, we place efficiency and sustainability at the center of our operations.”
Stating that they are proud to represent the strength of Turkish engineering in Europe, Akdoğan also announced that details regarding the planned factory site, investment scope, and infrastructure will be shared with the public in the near future.
