Increased Quality and Variety with Domestic Production,Became a Pioneer in Global Markets

Origami Engineering, founded by partners Ömer Faruk Durahim and Hakkı Demir, entered the decorative wall panel industry with the aim of increasing quality and variety in production, becoming a global leader in the sector.

The company exports to 25 countries including Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Canada, Nigeria, Iraq, and Morocco, and has set the United Kingdom as its target market.

Providing insights into their work, Origami Engineering co-founder Ömer Faruk Durahim stated that they initially started operations in 2010 by importing decorative panels into Türkiye.

However, after failing to achieve the desired results due to quality issues, they began production in 2012. By improving quality and diversifying their products, they quickly became a brand that shaped the industry.

3D Decorative Wall Panels

After long-lasting R&D and infrastructure studies, they started production. Durahim said: “We carry out the design, production, and application processes entirely in-house. 3d wall, the first brand that comes to mind when it comes to wall panels, quickly became the pioneer of 3D and decorative wall panels. It also transformed the understanding and vision of decoration in Türkiye into a different dimension. Since we started operating in Sakarya in 2010, we have been offering our customers modern and creative solutions.”

Hakkı Demir, co-founder of 3d wall, stated that by increasing quality and production diversity, they have become a global brand that carries out decorative wall panel applications in a wide range of venues, from airports to hotels, from theaters to cultural centers. Expressing that they export 70% of their production abroad as one of the world’s leading companies in 3D decorative wall panels,

Demir said: “With our young and dynamic team, we are rapidly moving towards becoming the representative of quality and trust in project solutions both domestically and internationally. The 3d wall brand and all product designs are registered by the Turkish Patent Institute. All the wall panel products we manufacture are systematically delivered to the market on solid foundations.”

3d wall: A Lightweight and Easy-to-Assemble Product

Origami Engineering’s panels do not add extra weight to walls due to their lightweight structure, are easy to transport, and can be assembled as simply as Lego. Thanks to these features, they offer design freedom in both exterior and interior spaces. The company introduces at least one new model each year and currently appeals to customers with eight different models and unlimited color options.

Operating in a 1,000-square-meter indoor area under a single roof with production, showroom, and management offices, Origami Engineering also provides 3D decorative wall panel applications for homes or small spaces upon request.
