Daloğlu Casting and Machinery Industry operates in the fields of casting and machining for the tractor and agricultural machinery industry.

Founded in 1972 by Mechanical Engineer Necati Atalay and Electronics Engineer Ferhat Atalay, the company continues to pursue growth through new investments.

With an integrated production structure that covers every stage of manufacturing, Daloğlu Casting and Machinery Industry carries out casting operations in one of its plants and machining processes in another.

Bora Ali Atalay, Daloğlu Casting Machinery Industry General Manager

The company continues its operations under the management of Bora Ali Atalay, the second-generation representative and current General Manager. Having served in the company since 2002, Bora Ali Atalay was appointed General Manager in 2021 and has since been leading the firm’s institutionalization efforts.

Speaking about the company’s operations, Atalay stated that they are not only planning for today but also for the future. He emphasized that they continue to grow with a corporate governance approach adopted to ensure the company’s sustainability. He noted that the family-owned company, founded in 1972, is preparing to grow further with new investment plans as it marks its 53rd year in the industry.

“Among our future plans is the establishment of a modern foundry within the Eastern Marmara Machinery Manufacturers Specialized Organized Industrial Zone (DOMİOSB) within the next two years. With this investment, we aim to adopt a more environmentally friendly, faster, less labor-intensive production system with a high level of automation. Our company, which serves the agricultural industry through gray and ductile iron casting production, will further strengthen its position in the sector with its integrated production infrastructure and export capability. As a family-owned business, we have also taken an important step in the field of corporate structuring. We are committed to ensuring the continuity of our company, which has a history of more than half a century. In addition to casting and machining, we also have assembly lines. We carry out custom productions according to customer demands. To date, we have produced over 500 different shapes and dimensions. Apart from the domestic market, we regularly export to several countries. We deliver our products to well-known European companies engaged in the production of tractors and agricultural machinery. Recently, we started working with Italy, and we aim to expand further in European markets.”
