Providing information about production activities and new investment plans, Alnal Electromechanical Industry Inc. Administrative Manager Hilal Rençper stated that they are carrying the experience they have gained over 45 years in welding machine production and the railway sector into the future as a strong brand.

PHL Welding Machine

Rençper stated that they enriched the Alnal welding machine series, a 45-year-old brand, with new brands and models, and said:

“We have introduced German-origin MAHE and MERKLE welding machines, for which we have been the distributor for about a year, to the Turkish market. In addition, preparations are underway for the mass production of our new brand PHL welding machine, which is currently in the design and production phase in our R&D department. We will continue to grow based on R&D, design, and project-based production both in welding machine manufacturing and in the railway sector.”

Collaboration with Germany, Turkish Distribution

Hilal Rençper added:

“As a result of the cooperation that began in 2024 and 2025 with Germany-based Mahel company, we obtained the Turkish distributorship and aim to establish a strong nationwide distribution network through dealerships. On the other hand, our own brand PHL will be a new-generation welding machine. We will enter the market with 2-3 different versions, including portable and trolley models. We have developed new-generation machines that are digital, efficient, and have high export potential.”

Rençper also noted that within the scope of the National Train Project, the company manufactures various components and parts such as locally produced vacuum toilets, train headlights, external lighting, and cooling systems.

She emphasized that they are continuously increasing the localization rate in their production.

Rençper added that besides the railway sector, they are also actively involved in shipyards and that their collaborations with nearly 10 countries in the railway industry continue.
