Founded in 2015, Inotra Railway Systems Industry set out to produce “welded, boutique, and expertise-demanding” products in the railway sector.
This purpose has been one of the most important factors shaping the company’s current position.

Production, which initially started in a limited area with a small team, has now reached a level where it serves Turkey’s leading national projects.
Preparing to open its new factory in Sakarya Organized Industrial Zone, the company has expanded its production journey from only 500 square meters in 2015 to 10,000 square meters today, continuing its growth.
Inotra Railway Systems Industry, a brand that leads the sector
The company’s Business Development Manager, Kerem Can Çelebi, shared insights about Inotra Railway Systems Industry’s vision and future plans, emphasizing that they specialize particularly in bogie production, which is one of the most critical parts of railway vehicles.
Çelebi expressed that Inotra is fully determined to do more than its part in this journey.
He noted that during the ten years since its establishment, the company has achieved numerous significant productions and today, with both its production capacity and vision, Inotra Railway Systems Industry has become a prominent player in the railway sector.

Kerem Can Çelebi stated:
“Our goal is not just to be a manufacturing company; it is to become a brand that leads the sector with its design, innovation, and turnkey solutions. The foundation of our production culture is based on respect for quality and for jobs requiring precise engineering. We have left behind our 10th year. Our board of directors has approved a significant investment toward the integration of robotics and smart systems in production. With this investment, our production line will become even stronger.”
Bogie frame manufacturing and bogie assembly
Çelebi emphasized that in their second factory building, which is being prepared for opening in Sakarya, Inotra will not only increase its production capacity but also broaden its vision.
The new factory will be equipped with robotic systems, R&D areas, smart offices, production lines, and rapid fixture solutions, and in the near future, they plan to establish a design center, continuing to provide groundbreaking solutions in the industry as Inotra Railway Systems Industry.
As of today, Inotra’s main activities are defined as bogie frame manufacturing and bogie assembly.
Bogie systems, which ensure the safe and comfortable movement of railway vehicles, are considered the heart of the vehicle.
Collaboration with South Korean OEMs
So far, Inotra Railway Systems Industry has taken part in the production of bogies used in national projects, and has also collaborated with South Korean OEMs to provide bogie assembly services for approximately 500 wagons.
Through these collaborations, the company has increased its recognition both in Turkey and in international markets.
Additionally, by producing the bogie frames of Gaziray metro vehicles, the company has proven itself as a reliable partner, and these achievements have positioned Inotra Railway Systems Industry not only as a manufacturer but also as a solution partner.
