The “Women’s Touch in Industry – Quality Control Specialist Program,” led by the Women Entrepreneurs Board of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), is starting in Sakarya.

Within the scope of the “Women’s Touch in Industry” project, which was launched nationwide by the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board in 2021, the Quality Control Specialist Program will provide vocational training in the field of quality control for women who want to work in the manufacturing industry.
The training program aims to ensure that women take a more visible, stronger, and more qualified role in the industrial sector. At the same time, it will support the need for qualified labor required by industrial enterprises.
Participants who successfully complete the training process will be referred to companies for employment in industrial enterprises.
Women who are at least high school graduates can apply to the program until February 27.

Elvan Bilgehan Dikici, Chair of the TOBB Sakarya Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Board, stated in her remarks about the program that increasing women’s participation in production and the economy would make a significant contribution to the country’s growth.
Dikici added that through the “Women’s Touch in Industry” project and the training provided within its scope, women would adapt more quickly to working life in the industrial sector.
