Soil Analysis to Be Conducted in Sakarya’s 16 Districts

Applications for the spring term of the Soil Analysis Project carried out by Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality will begin as of Monday, February 16. Thanks to the project, which will be implemented in all 16 districts, producers will be able to access a fertilization program suitable for their soil structure in just 15 minutes through technology.

As a result of on-site measurements carried out using mobile devices, analyses will be reported and delivered to farmers within only 15 minutes.Through these analyses, the misuse of fertilizers will be prevented, while quality and yield in production will be increased.

With the studies to be conducted across 16 districts, the aim is to enable producers to carry out more conscious and efficient production. At the same time, soil structures will be analyzed using scientific methods, and fertilization programs appropriate to the needs of the crops will be determined.
