Sakarya’s Exports Approached $4.5 Billion in the First 10 Months

In October, the top five sectors in Sakarya’s exports were Automotive, Iron and Non-Ferrous Metals, Chemicals and Chemical Products, Steel, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Industries, respectively.

In October, 14 of the province’s 25 main sectors increased their exports compared with the same month of the previous year. Particularly notable were percentage and dollar-based increases in the Steel, HVAC, Mining Products, Furniture, Paper and Forest Products, and Machinery and Equipment sectors.

In October 2026, Sakarya exported to 123 destinations worldwide, including free zones. France, Poland, Italy, Spain, and Romania were the top five export destinations.
