The Strategic Plan Workshop, hosted by SATSO Chairman of the Board A. An Idea Session for Sakarya
This year’s traditional workshop, where SATSO’s 4-year roadmap was determined through a comprehensive planning process, was enriched with a series of activities aimed at enhancing efficiency — including methodological briefings, a SWOT analysis session, a presentation on 2025 projections, a SATSO-themed quiz competition, and an “Idea Session for Sakarya.” During the workshop, which covered 9 main topics across 11 tables, Assembly members identified key issues within each topic and proposed solutions for the top three challenges determined by vote.

In his opening speech, SATSO Chairman A. Akgün Altuğ stated that the outcomes of the workshop would represent the shared goals of both the city and SATSO’s members. President Altuğ emphasized that, as in previous years, the roadmap shaping SATSO’s visionary stance and pioneering initiatives would emerge from this strategic plan.
