Providing information about the project, SUBÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sarıbıyık said:

“Ground improvement applications have been completed, and the construction process is progressing rapidly. We plan to finish the rough construction phase in 2025, complete the interior works in 2026, and put Nehir Technopark into service next year. We will also begin accepting company and project applications in 2026. In addition, through our Technology Transfer Office (TTO), we provide mentorship and support to entrepreneurs during their company formation processes, and assist industrial organizations with R&D project preparation, academic consultancy, and intellectual property rights management in collaboration with our university. Particularly, with our +1 Education Model and our remarkable achievements in technology competitions, we aim to contribute to the city’s economy and production ecosystem by fostering technology-developing companies led by our practice-oriented graduates, business collaborations, and strong academic staff.”
