Federal Elektrik Promotes Healthy Living Through FreeSteps Run Club

Federal Elektrik, one of Turkey’s leading low-voltage electrical product manufacturers, has added a new initiative to its sports and community engagement efforts by supporting the local running club FreeSteps Run Club. This collaboration stands out as an important step toward promoting a culture of healthy living, energy, and solidarity within society.
FreeSteps Run Club was founded by a group of running and sports enthusiasts from Sakarya. The club members meet at least twice a week in the city center to run together on routes ranging from 5 to 10 kilometers. With more than 200 members on their Instagram account, the club has quickly become an active part of Sakarya’s social and sporting life.
As the main sponsor of FreeSteps Run Club, Federal Elektrik contributes to strengthening community awareness through its support for the club’s activities. What began as a simple local initiative has now brought together people of different ages and professions around a shared passion.
Federal Elektrik Exports to Over 80 Countries Across Five Continents
Under the slogan “We Combine Our Steps with Energy”, FreeSteps Run Club has joined forces with Federal Elektrik, a pioneer in the electrical industry. Sinan Nurdoğan, Member of the Board of Directors at Federal Elektrik, stated that as a company rooted in Sakarya, they attach great importance to supporting initiatives that encourage healthy living and community solidarity.
Nurdoğan emphasized that Federal Elektrik has been operating for 35 years with its modern production facilities and R&D center in Sakarya. He noted that the brand, which serves in the low-voltage automation and switchgear, natural gas meter and manufacturing industries, was registered as a “Well-Known Trademark” worldwide in 2008. He added:
