Federal Elektrik Continues Its Growth with Strong Technology

Turkey’s first and only domestic manufacturer of switchgear equipment, Federal Elektrik, continues to grow with its strong technological infrastructure in its 36th year. Since its establishment in 1990, the company has gone beyond being just a manufacturer, strengthening its leadership in the low-voltage switchgear sector with its integrated structure that designs, develops, tests, and produces its own products.

Providing information about the company’s activities and future goals, Federal Elektrik Board Member Mesut Nurdoğan stated that their investments and implemented projects have positioned them as a leading player in the sector. He emphasized that the company’s strength is not limited to production and exports, noting that Federal Elektrik products are actively used in many critical points of the electrical infrastructure across all 81 provinces of Turkey.

Highlighting that Federal Elektrik’s vision has never been limited to the domestic market, Mesut Nurdoğan said:

Nurdoğan also noted that Federal Elektrik products are used with confidence in global markets through a strong export network reaching 82 countries, achieved through a robust production infrastructure.

Stating that they will continue investing to further strengthen the brand’s recognition, Nurdoğan added:“The first domestic short-circuit laboratory established in Turkey in 1999 stands as one of the most important milestones contributed by Federal Elektrik to the sector. This investment not only enhanced our internal quality processes but also advanced the culture of testing, verification, and standardization in Turkey’s electrical industry, strengthening the foundation of reliability. At a time when ISO standards were not yet widely known in Turkey, our company became the 70th organization to receive the ISO 9000 certification, once again demonstrating its pioneering role. This forward-looking vision has evolved into a global success today. Additionally, Federal Elektrik developed its own ERP software, positioning itself among the industry’s innovators. We are also the owner of the first internationally accredited domestic short-circuit test laboratory established in 1999.”
