Aiming to become a globally recognized brand in industrial transportation and installation, BIOS Industry has successfully completed another major project. The production line of one of the world’s largest automotive supply companies was dismantled in İzmir and relocated to Sakarya by BIOS Industry.

The production line in İzmir was disassembled along with its mechanical, electrical, and automation infrastructure. Hundreds of tons of equipment were safely transported to Sakarya using special transport vehicles and lowbed trucks. The lines were then reinstalled, tested, and successfully commissioned at the new facility in the Sakarya 1st Organized Industrial Zone.
From mechanical assembly to electrical connections, automation to quality control, every stage of the process was managed under one roof.
BIOS Industry Operations Manager Fethullah Sayar stated that their goal is to adapt their domestic experience and technical capacity to international standards and to take an active role in global projects.
Sayar, emphasized that they continuously strengthen their logistics infrastructure, engineering capabilities, and human resources to achieve their vision of becoming the “undisputed leader” in the industry.

Really inspiring success story — it’s great to see companies from Sakarya taking such strong steps in industrial infrastructure and automation on a global scale.
I also work in the electrical and automation field, and I’ve seen how components like connection technologies and motor protection switches can be crucial to a project’s success.
By the way, I came across endustriyelmarket.com — seems like a useful source for those looking for similar products and technical solutions.
Great article, looking forward to more like this!
