MKT Makina to Invest in a New Facility and Machinery

MKT Makina, a manufacturer of high-quality precision machining and plastic injection parts for the aerospace and automotive industries, will continue to grow through new investments. With the new facility project to be implemented in the near future, the company aims to strengthen its production infrastructure and increase its capacity.

Oktay Topaloğlu, Founder and General Manager of MKT Makina Kalıp Sanayi, stated that they started their operations with fixture and mold production and have continuously developed their activities with R&D and innovation-focused strategies.

Production for the Aerospace Industry

Oktay Topaloğlu explained that they produce multi-processing, clamping, and assembly fixtures used in various industries, particularly in the automotive sector, and that they have also achieved a significant position in the aerospace industry with their specialized production.

Sharing details about their new investment plans, Topaloğlu said:

“We are currently operating on a 5,000-square-meter area, 2,000 square meters of which is enclosed. In the near future, we plan to establish a new production facility with 3,500 square meters of enclosed space in the 1st Organized Industrial Zone. We will add high-precision, advanced technology machines to our machinery park. With this investment, we aim to increase our capacity by more than 60% and create new employment opportunities.”

Quality Control Joints

Topaloğlu stated that they began manufacturing high-precision quality control joints for the defense industry in 2010, adding:

“In 2010, we expanded our activities into the defense industry and have since continued the production of high-precision quality control joints, entirely manufactured domestically in our facilities. In 2012, we also entered the aerospace industry. Since then, we have been producing machined parts for aircraft seats and galleys. Using state-of-the-art machines, equipment, tools, and software in our facility, we produce high-quality products that meet customer requirements. With a quality management system that complies with advanced industrial standards, we offer customized solutions to our clients.”

AS 9100 Certification

Holding the AS 9100 certification, MKT Makina Sanayi maintains its quality management system in accordance with aerospace and automotive industry standards.
